How does Miss Bubbles laundry pickup and delivery work?
Scheduling with Miss Bubbles is simple. Choose your pickup time, place your laundry outside in one laundry bag (up to 13 gallons), and we'll pick it up, professionally wash, dry, neatly fold, and deliver it back to your doorstep within 24–48 hours. We proudly serve families throughout the Kansas City metro with dependable, transparent service.
What areas do you serve?
Miss Bubbles provides laundry pickup and delivery throughout select neighborhoods in the Kansas City metro, including Lee's Summit, Blue Springs, Olathe, Overland Park, Leawood, Raymore, Belton, and additional service areas as we expand. If you're unsure whether we serve your neighborhood, contact us—we're always adding new Bubble Zones.
How quickly will I receive my laundry?
Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours. During holidays or unusually high demand, turnaround times may be slightly longer, but we'll always keep you informed.
Can I schedule recurring pickups?
Yes! Bubble Club members can enjoy recurring weekly or scheduled laundry pickups, priority scheduling, discounted basket pricing, and exclusive member benefits.

How much does laundry pickup and delivery cost?
Miss Bubbles uses simple per-basket pricing instead of charging by the pound. One Miss Bubbles Basket™ equals one laundry bag up to 13 gallons (approximately 20 pounds of dry laundry), making pricing predictable and easy to understand. Pickup and delivery fees are included in that per-basket price with one basket starting at $39.
What fits inside one Miss Bubbles Basket™?
One basket includes everyday clothing that fits inside one laundry bag up to 13 gallons or approximately 20 pounds of dry laundry. Oversized comforters, sleeping bags, rugs, and specialty items may require additional pricing.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. If your order includes oversized bedding or specialty cleaning, prices will be listed when selecting those services during checkout. If necessary, we'll contact you before cleaning so there are no surprises.
Is there a delivery fee for laundry pickup and delivery?*
Yes. Stand-alone laundry orders under $75.00 have a $5.99 pickup and delivery fee. Bubble Club™ members receive FREE pickup and delivery as part of their membership benefits, along with discounted basket pricing and other exclusive perks.

Laundry Care
What detergent do you use?
We use quality laundry products designed to leave your clothes clean, fresh, and well cared for. If you have fragrance sensitivities or special washing preferences, let us know when scheduling your pickup.
Can you wash delicate clothing?
Yes. We carefully follow garment care labels whenever possible. Please let us know if any items require special attention before pickup.
Do you separate lights and darks?
Absolutely. Every order is sorted, washed, dried, and folded with care according to our Bubble Standard™ process.
Bubble Club
What is Bubble Club™?
Bubble Club is our membership program for customers who want laundry off their to-do list for good. Members receive discounted basket pricing, complimentary stain treatment, priority scheduling, referral rewards, birthday surprises, exclusive promotions, a signature laundry bag, and a welcome kit.
Is Bubble Club worth it?
Bubble Club may provide the greatest value for customers who use laundry pickup and delivery regularly. Members can save through discounted basket pricing while receiving priority scheduling, complimentary stain treatment, exclusive offers, and other membership benefits.
Service Questions
Can I leave my laundry outside?
Yes. Place your securely closed laundry bag in the agreed pickup location before your scheduled pickup time. The location should be safe, dry, accessible to the driver, and protected from severe weather, animals, and other conditions that could damage or prevent access to the order.
What if I'm not home?
No problem. As long as your laundry is available at the agreed pickup location, we can complete your scheduled pickup and delivery.
What if I have more than one basket?
That's perfectly fine. We'll simply count the number of Miss Bubbles Baskets™ in your order and price them accordingly.
Can you remove stains?
We always do our best. Bubble Club members receive complimentary stain treatment. While many stains can be improved or removed, stain removal cannot be guaranteed because results depend on the fabric, stain type, and how long it has been set.
Trust & Policies
What happens if an item is damaged?
Every order is handled with care and attention. If you believe an item was damaged during our service, please notify us within the timeframe outlined in our Laundry Service Agreement so we can review the situation.
What if I'm outside your service area?
We're continually expanding across the Kansas City metro. If you don't see your city listed, let us know where you're located—we may already serve your area or add it to an upcoming Bubble Zone.
